Weight set: Press "RESET/ON" key to start,an initial value will show 50(Kgs) or 130(Lbs),press "SET"key and the W(weight) column will start to flicker. Now press "UP" key & "DOWN" key for adjustment until your weight is indicated, then press'SET" Key to complete input. The T (time) column will begin flickering at this time. Proceed to Workout Alarm Set.
Workout Alarm Set:Complete Steps, the T(time) column should be flickering now. Press "UP" key &"DOWN" key for adjustment until your desire time is indicated, then press "SET" key to complete input.You should see a zero. A "BEEP" will sound when time is up, and all counting(L-Lap, T-Time,C-Calorie)will stop automatically.
*Alarm Set:Maximum 60minutes/Minimum 1 minute

To Use Your Multi-Function Jump Rope:
The counter and time will start automatically when you begin jumping.2-3 seconds after stopping the jumping, the calorie consumption value will be display. To start over, press "RESET/ON" key, and your weight and workout alarm must be input again.
Batter Replacement:
Using screwdriver to open battery lid on the back side of handle. Removed dead battery and replace with new CR-2032 cell.
